In addition to fostering its employees, Queengil places stringent standards for uncompromising quality- starting at the production floor, and which are implemented in the whole range of its activities.



Queengil is committed to quality from the earliest stages of the development, and carries out exhaustive field inspections for every single product. The processes are constantly optimized in the production stage even before the customer is involved.



Our post-sale procedure includes inspection and assessment of the suitability of the products to the customer's needs, to assure customer satisfaction. We continuously carry out a program of feedback and surveys, in order to reassess installation procedures, while maintaining an on-going training program for all customer service personnel.



Queengil maintains and implements a quality control management system which meets the international standards ISO 2000:9001.
