Queen Gil Fittings for Layflat Hose :
a large range for all Installations.

Heavy construction: hot galvanised steel mechanical couplers: allow a quick, easy and reliable on site installation.
Dimensionned for all our models of Layflat, for connections between Layflat Hoses and
between Layflat and Valves/Hydrants.
Connection between Layflat and couplers to be securized by a collar.
Mechanical couplers are known for their reliability and watertightness.

Connection to distribution lines.

LF-BTM

Threaded x barbed Coupler: to connect 2 Layflat hoses (same or different Ø). Exists for all our Layflat Ø; and in thread Ø 2", 3", 4" and 6".

LF-BB

Barbed x barbed Coupler: to connect a Layflat hoses to a valve or to another accessory. Exists for all our Layflat Ø, (2", 3", 4" and 6").

LF-T

Barbed x barbed T: for lateral take-off on Layflat installations. Exists for all our Layflat Ø

LF-E

Barbed x barbed Elbow: for a perfect installation. Exists for all our Layflat Ø

Layflat Hose connection to Drip Tape.

H13/N14

Connector H13: Tape (diam. 16.5 mm / 5/8") to Layflat . Connector N14: Tape (diam. 22.5 mm / 7/8") to Layflat . Drill a 16/22.5 mm (5/8" / 7/8") Ø hole into Layflat and insert the barbed end into the hole; block the connector with the blue nut. Then connect the tape to the other end of the connector.

D3/D4

Connector D3: Tape (diam. 16.5 mm / 5/8") to Layflat with Valve.
Connector D4: Tape (diam. 22.5 mm / 7/8") to Layflat with Valve.

N14

CConnector N14: tape (diam. 22.5 mm / 7/8") to Layflat.Drill a 16 mm / 5/8" Ø hole into Layflat and insert the barbed end into the hole; block the connector with the blue nut. Then connect the tape to the other end of the connector.

Miscellaneous.

Dead End Nut V19

Connector V19: Dead end nut for Layflat distribution line, 1/2" used to close old or unneccessary holes in the Layflat.

Connector V20

Connector V20: For Layflat Distribution Line; used to connect Plug V19 to Layflat.
