Layflat Hose Installation
| |

Different materiels can be used to convey the water from the pump to the fields. Portable systems, with above ground layflat hose as mainlines (1) and submains (3) is a very common solution. Buried PVC pipe as mainlines and submains are sometimes prefered by growers because it's easier to farm around than with surface pipelines. Note: (1) = Mainline (2) = Control system (3) = Submain (4) = Tape line
